Saturday October 26th, Discover the natural and cultural beauty of the Trilhos do Nabão part of the Natura 2000 network. Starting out from the small village of Linhaceira we will follow wooded paths along the river that were used by ancestors to travel to work at the old paper factory before the tar road was built. Passing by 5 old watermills, the abandoned paper factory, and through hills and valleys that offer stunning views. A  spectacular route that let’s you experience the industrial and historic heritage of this region.

Moderate Level 2 – Accessible to those in good physical health and who are used to walking. On the route we may encounter some steeper differences in level and areas where the ground may be more difficult and uneven.

Must Take – 1.5L Water, Hat, Sunscreen, Lunch, Shoes with good grip for hiking, Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.

Event will only take place if it receives a Minimum of 4 Participants 

Maximum Number of Participants: 10 (transportation available for a maximum of 6ppl)

€85.00pp – With roundtrip transportation from Lisbon

€45.00pp – Without transportation

  • RNAAT license n.º 37/2023 from Turismo de Portugal, recognized as Turismo na Natureza by ICNF.

Does not include:

  • Meals
  • Others not specifically described as included.
  • Pick-up Time: Lisbon – Oriente Station (or from Cascais upon request) – 8:30am
  • Meeting time: Linheiras – 10:00am
  • Return to Lisbon – 18:00 approximately
