Saturday Nov 2nd, Discover the authenticity of this little paradise not too far from Lisbon on a circular walk of 12km with an environmental and cultural focus. Admire landscapes of rolling hills, vineyards and cultivated fields of barbela wheat. Climb up to an old windmill and be dazzled by the endless views. At the end of the walk depending on availability taste the famous Chèvre goat cheese that is made in the village.

Distance/Duration: 12km/3.5hrs

Moderate Level 2 – Accessible to those in good physical health and who are used to walking. On the route we may encounter some steeper differences in level and areas where the ground may be more difficult and uneven.

Must Take – 1.5L Water, Hat, Sunscreen, Lunch, Shoes with good grip for hiking, Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.

Event will only take place if it receives a Minimum of 4 Participants 

Maximum Number of Participants: 10 (transportation available for a maximum of 6ppl)

  • Pick-up Time: Lisbon – Oriente Station (or from Cascais upon request) – 9:00am
  • Meeting time: Maçussa – 10:00am
  • Return to Lisbon – 16:30-17:00 approximately
