Saturday, Jan 25th – Explore the Saloia region pottery studios and walk through a green valley along the river Cuco. Wooded trails lead to small villages, and cultivated fields with beautiful views over the area. Upon returning to our starting point we will visit several local pottery studios in the surrounding villages.
Distance/Duration: 15.5km/4.5-5hrs
Moderate Level 2 – Accessible to all those who are in good physical health and are used to walking. On the route we may encounter some steeper differences in level and areas where the ground may be more difficult and uneven.
Must Take – 1.5L Water, Hat, Sunscreen, Lunch, Shoes with good grip for hiking, Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
