After having spent 10 years delivering 7 star service working onboard superyachts, she set foot in a country which intrigued her. She travelled with her future husband to his homeland, Portugal. Here she discovered the hospitality of the people, the beauty of the country and its delicious gastronomy. Since 2017, Jodi has called Portugal home and has been exploring ever since.
